She's a Georgia native, but you can be sure, Lynda's 'accent' is on her clients! Don't let the address of her office fool you! Lynda Dunn Hester chooses to associate with an office that is located in Hoschton, Georgia, but Lynda works out of her home office within walking distance of Lake Burton and Waterfall Club in Rabun County, Georgia. Lynda specializes in the sale of mountain retreats in the most prestigious locations in Northeast Georgia, including exclusive golf communities and the mountain lakes. She prides herself in marketing unique properties to prospective buyers who are considering the purchase of luxury real estate.
Lynda, a Georgia Association of Realtors member since 1979, is an active volunteer serving on the state level as GARPAC Chair 2003-2004, RIAC Chair 2006 and Chair of Education 2007. Lynda and her husband, Reb, enjoy playing golf and also trout fishing in the many designated trout streams in the area as well as boating with friends on Lake Burton.
The relationship between a home buyer or seller and their agent is based on trust, shared goals and understanding. Lynda Hester understands that buying a second home requires finding just the right property and is willing to work with her clients for as long as it takes to find the perfect spot. The same goes for marketing the luxury properties in the area. The sale often take months or yeas to complete, but Sellers find that Lynda stays on the job and works patiently, but consistently to expose her listings to the greatest possible number of prospective buyers. Buying or selling a home involves many decisions; choosing a REALTOR® to protect your interests is the best one you can make.
